Hey, I’m Owen. I was born in the UK and raised in a family that likes to eat pizza, although we never went to Italy on holiday!

I’ve spent the last 15 years in the foodservice industry, managing procurement supply chain and operations for manufactures, wholesalers and retailers.

I love creating things with my hands, be it out of wood, metal or flour. I left the corporate world behind and, fuelling a passion for authentic and quality food,  now run my own pizza business.

From our base down in Dorset (it’s not too far from Naples!) we aim to give you all the solutions you need to build and to run a successful pizza business, or just enjoy the best pizza you have ever had at home.
